1、AbstractObjective：TounderstandtherelationshipbetweentraditionalChinesemedicineandtheoriginalcharacters,fivetastesandtheoriginalcharacters,andprovidethefundamentalbasis,westudiedthechinesemedicinalherbs.TraditionalChinesemedicineandfivetasteswerejudgedpreliminaril
2、ybytheplantproperties,thecrudedrugpropertiesandsecondarymetabolites.Methods：Firstlythenumberandpercentageofcaseswereestablishedbychi-squaretestpreliminarily,whichbelongtothecoldandhot,secondlytherelationshipoftraditionalChinesemedicineandtheoriginalcharacterswasa
3、nalyzed,usingtheLogisticregressionmethod,theoriginalpropertiesasindependentvariables,properties(1=heat,0=cold)asthedependentvariable.Finallynon-conditionalmultiplelogisticregressionmodelwasestablishedbyusingthevariableswhichwerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05),th
