1、电站锅炉异种钢焊接接头应力模拟与使用寿命分析摘要本文用有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟了G102(12CrMoWVTiB)和SUS304(0Crl9Ni9)异种钢焊接接头的残余应力分布状况,对比分析了几种不同焊接工艺下的残余应力分布状况,从降低焊接残余应力角度出发,提出了这类接头焊接工艺的具体优化方案。采取同样方法模拟了异种钢焊接接头在实际使用过程中的工作应力分布状况,结果表明工作应力峰值出现在G102侧近熔合线部位的热影响区,从而对实践中该部位的早期断裂失效作出了圆满解释。对淮北电厂在役锅炉部分再热器管和过热器管中的G102(12CrMo
2、WVTiB)和SuS304(OCrl9Ni9)异种钢接头进行了高温与室温力学性能实验、接头金相组织及显微硬度分布实验。实验结果表明,所截取的在役锅炉异种钢接头较原始状态发生了不同程度组织和性能的变化,接头G102侧HAZ出现软化区,其内最低硬度随回火参数的增大而降低,且软化速率高于G102母材;检测结果还表明,所有被检测接头的抗拉强度与最低显微硬度都还不低于G102母材,即接头尚未成为系统中的薄弱环节。关键词:电站锅炉异种钢接头寿命分析残余应力TheStressSimulationandLifeAnalysisofDissimilarS
