1、摘要很多固体可以作为光催化剂,其中Ti02是最佳的。Ti02用途颇广,可用于水溶液中有机分子的光氧化,也可用于杀灭细菌。就光催化来讲,锐钛矿型Ti02催化效率最高,尤其是对液固体系中有机物具有好的光降解作用。在各种Ti0:的制备方法中,溶胶凝胶法是很重要,因为这种方法容易获得尺寸小、活性高的Ti02纳米晶。本文采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纯Ti02纳米晶和Fe”掺杂(O.25,O.75,l%的Fe)Ti02纳米晶,并用差热分析、x.射线衍射、透射电镜、红外光谱等方法进行表征。以降解亚甲基蓝以及降解废水中有机物来对其催化性能进行评价。结果表明Fe”掺杂没有影响
2、Ti02纳米晶的晶体结构,却显著影响Ti02粒子的光催化活性。Fe”掺杂Ti02纳米粉末的光催化活性要优于纯Ti02纳米粉末。对于降解亚甲基蓝,含Fe”0.75%的Ti02粉末的催化性能最好。而对于降解废水,掺Fe3十l%的Ti02粉末催化性能最好。采用浸渍提拉法在玻璃基片上制备了具有光催化活性的Ti02薄膜。研究表明Ti02薄膜具有较高的光催化分解能力。采用溶胶一凝胶法将Ti02负载于膨胀珍珠岩材料上,制成漂浮负载型Ti02光催化剂,并被应用于亚甲基蓝和污水的光催化降解。关键词:溶胶凝胶法;二氧化钛;光催化;铁掺杂;薄膜燕山大学工学硕士学位论文Ab
