1、摘要随着信息化时代的到来高校毕业生就业难度加大单位需求更新迅速这对高校就业信息管理提出了更高要求如何准确实时地让学生获得单位招聘信息让更多单位获得学生准确的基本情况和求职信息从而使单位和学生各取所需提高高校就业率和单位招聘效率成为高校就业管理机构迫切需要解决的课题基于上述目的本文较系统地研究了在Web环境下的高校就业管理信息系统主要内容包括(1)采用B/S与C/S相结合的体系结构这样的体系结构能充分发挥B/S与C/S结构各自的优点弥补了二者的缺陷是当前技术背景下WebMIS开发中切实可行的解决方案(2)针对B/S结构下的应用程序的特点应用

2、面向对象方法对系统建模这是因为面向对象方法使得系统分析设计编码过程表述方法统一实现无缝链接(3)网上用户验证是在应用层实现系统安全性的重要手段通过网上用户验证加强系统的安全性(4)在信息发布和信息传递的功能中采用XML技术XML文档为基于Web的应用提供了一个描述数据和交换数据的有效手段它把数据从表示和处理中分离出来能够无缝集成众多来源的数据XML文档成为不同源数据之间的纽带使得数据的可重用性大大提高方便地在不同的平台下共享(5)系统设计中采用基于IISASP和SQLServer的开发技术因为在多种开发基于Web的应用技术中IIS+ASP
