2、icalEngineeringShanghaiJiaotongUniversityShanghai,P.R.ChinaApril,2013万方数据万方数据万方数据上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要1000MW超超临界直流锅炉变煤种运行特性研究摘要由于煤价格的上涨和设计煤种供应量的不稳定,许多电厂都不得不掺烧非设计煤种。掺烧煤种多数指标上都偏离设计煤种较远。这种煤质的变化将直接影响锅炉燃烧好坏,从而威胁锅炉运行的安全性。如何通过运行调整来应对煤质的变化带来的不利影响,使得掺烧非设计煤种更安全、更经济,已成为各家电厂面临的重要课题。本文以煤质的常规特性为基础,论述了煤质变化对电厂经济
3、性影响的各个组成部分,并结合实际累积的运行数据,提出比较具有操作性的煤质变化对锅炉效率影响的BP神经网络模型,量化煤质不同的特性对锅炉效率的影响。本文最后根据试验建立了变煤质经济性预测模型,用以制定掺烧方式和运行调整的方案。关键词:煤质,掺烧,BP神经网络,电站锅炉I万方数据上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文ABSTRACTSTUDYONTHEADAPTABILITYTOVARIATIONSOFCOALCHARACTERISTICSON1000MWULTRASIPERCRITICALUNITABSTRACTBecauseoftheadvanceofcoalpriceandthevol
