1、棉织物活性染料低盐染色的工艺研究摘要本文探讨了代盐剂ABE的应用特点,研究了代盐剂ABE在棉织物活性染料浸染、冷轧堆低盐染色中的应用,分析了代盐剂ABE的作用原理,探讨了一步法工艺、碱S低盐染色工艺和冷轧堆染色工艺及条件对染色效果的影响,确定了合理的工艺流程、优化了工艺条件,并研究了染色性能。通过红外光谱、DSC、电镜照片等分析可知,代盐剂ABE是一种阳离子型共聚物,在活性染料上染棉纤维中,可与染料、纤维发生反应,从而能够实现活性染料的低盐染色。研究表明:代盐剂ABE用量对染色效果的影响最大。一步法优化
2、工艺为:代盐剂ABE79/L,碱剂EHlg/L,LS酶3.59/L,H202(30%)39/L,处理温度98"(2,处理时间30rain,浴比l:50。碱S低盐染色最佳工艺为:活性染料2%0.w.£,碱剂S0.59/L,元明粉209/L,固色温度85℃,固色时间50min,浴比1:50。一步法工艺后经碱S低盐染色,染色织物的K/S值、匀染性、提升性和上染速率均优于常规染色工艺,且更环保,各项染色牢度达到服用要求。冷轧堆染色前经代盐剂预处理,可降低染色过程中无机盐的使用量,且染色效果优异,得色均匀。预处理
