1、AbstractPetroleumcoke,produced嬲by-productsinPetrochemicalindustry,canbedividedintohigh-sulfur(above3percent)andlow-sulfur(1essthan3percent).Howtoutilizethehigh—sulfurpetroleumcokecleanly,andcreateeconomicbenefitsaregenerallyconcemedbydomesticPetrochemicalindustry.Inrecentyears,thecir
2、culatingfluidizedbedtechnologydevelopsrapidly.Thistechnologyallows11igh·sulfurpetroleumcokeasanefficient,low-pollutionfuel.TheSO.calleddesulfurizationpetroleumcokeresiduesistheformationofCaS04andothercomburentmixturewithoutsulfurelementwhichisobtainedbyhi曲sulfurpetroleumcokeandlimest
3、onewhoareburnedintheboiler.ThesubjectisbasedOlltheprogramoftheresearchoftheapplicationofmilledhigh-sulfurpetroleumcokedesulfurationresidues,andmainlyincludesthefollowingcomponents:(1)Basicpropertiesofpetroleumcokedesulfurationresidues,includingchemicalcompositon,mineralconstituent,no
4、rmalconsistencywaterconsumptionandsettingtime(2)ResearchtheHydrationmechanismofdesulfurizedpetroleumcokedesulfurationresiduesatdifferenttemperatures,andofautoclavedaeratedconcrete.(3)Preparingtheaeratedconcretewitllpetroleumcokedesulfurationresiduesinsteadoflime笛calcareousmaterialsan
5、dflyashandpulverizedsand硒siliceousmaterials.Firstly,designmatrixtest,andelecthighs仃engthratiofurthertodohairairtest.Secondly,discussthestrengthoftheratioofwaterandaluminumpowdercontent.Finally,wediscussthestrengthofaeratedconcreteblock,whicharepreparedbymixing晰tllsodiumandheatingthes
