4、lightweightsituation,preoperativeBUN,preoperativebloodinosine,preoperativebloodhemoglobinconcentration,preoperativecoagulationfunction,postoperativecomplications,thedifferencewasnotstatisticallysignificant(P＞0.05).Themeanoperationtimeofthetwosetsofsurgicalapproach,themeanblee
5、dingtimeaverageliquidfood,andmeanpostoperativeindwellingdrainagetube,andthemeanpostoperativehospitaldays,medicalexpenses,long-termefficacydifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:ComparedwithtraditionalopenPyeloplastyandperitoneallaparoscopicPyeloplastywithles
6、sbloodloss,shorterhospitalstay,lesstrauma,postoperativerecoverywasfast,andfewercomplications.Buttheoperationtimeisfarlongerthanwithopensurgerygroup,thecostofhealthcarecostshigherthantheopensurgerygroup,postoperativecomplicationsequaltoopensurgery.Simultaneouscontrastthetwoset
