3、almostallthedomesticenterprisesmainlycompeteinthelow-endproductfield.Tostandoutfrom"RedSea",thecablecompaniesshouldnotonlyfocusonR&D,butalsoonbuildingcost-leadingadvantage.Anenterpriseshouldadopteffectivemanagementmeanslikeinformationconstructiontoreinforceitsadvantagesandeventopromoteit
