5、ompanyof100%ofthesharesoftheCompanywhichrunsanactivityofwine-making(the“Property”)DM公司和老庄主，与TTTTT酒庄控股公司，于20TT年6月TT日完成TTTTT酒庄公司100%股份的收购事宜。TheConsultant,whoistheformermanageroftheCompany,isexperiencedinthecommercialandthewinesectorandhasaperfectknowledgeofthePropertyandofallthemainoperatorsoftheW
6、ineindustryinBordeaux.顾问方，作为TTTTT酒庄的前任经理，拥有丰富的葡萄酒商业经验，同时对就TTTTT酒庄乃至波尔多地区葡萄酒行业的庄主们有着全面的了解Inthisrespect,theBeneficiaryhasconsidereditwouldbeprofitabletobenefitfromatransitionalperiodinordertosetupthenewmanagementoftheCompanyandtobenefitfromtheaforementionedexperienceoftheConsultantinthosefieldstha
