1、摘要在我国城市化进程和旧城改造力度飞速发展的今天，旧城改造的数量不断增多，规模也在不断地扩大。拆迁工作是旧城改造的先行工作，它直接关系到旧城改造的能否顺利进行。由于政府性拆迁公司在房屋拆迁行业中受到政府保护与扶持，这不利于房屋拆迁行业市场化建设，同时给民营性拆迁公司生存和发展带了巨大障碍。为了使城市房屋拆迁行业能顺利实现法制化和市场化的，民营性拆迁公司在房屋拆迁行业如何生存与发展是当前紧迫需要研究的重要问题。本文主要运用战略管理理论的分析方法对重庆CX公司的发展战略进行研究。首先，对其内外部环境进行分析以明确其面临的机会

2、与威胁、优势与劣势；运用SWOT分析方法对其进行战略匹配和选择，得出重庆CX公司的发展战略是扩张型战略的结论，结合内外部环境分析，提出重庆CX公司的未来发展战略规划。规划主要包括愿景与目标、战略选择与规划、组织架构等方面，并进一步提出战略实施的支撑体系及主要措施。本文的研究对整个拆迁行业的发展趋势，尤其是对民营拆迁公司的未来发展模式具有重要的现实意义。关键词：战略管理，战略规划，拆迁IABSTRACTWiththeadvancementofurbanizationprocess,urbanrebuildingisincr
