1、ABSTRACTPlasmadisplaypanel(PDP)asanewwidelyappliedindailylife．Theaccuracygenerationofdisplaydevices，hasbeenoftheelectrodeonthedisplaypaneliscrucialforthequalityofthePDEWiththeadvancingofPDPtechnologies，therequirementoftheelectrodeaccuracyisgettinghigh【eLPhotosensitivepasteistheprimarymateri

2、alsforPDPelectrodemanufacturing．Thepreparationandpropertiesofthephotosensitivepastehavebeenstudiedinthispaper．Thecopolymerresinwaspolymerizedby3kindsofmonomers，themethacrylicacid(MAA)，themethylmethacrylate(MMA)andthebutylmethacrylate(BMA)·neeffectsofthemonomersconstitution，thetemperature，th

3、emonomersconcentration．theinitiatorcontentandthereactiontimeontheaveragemolecularweighthadbeenstudied．Theresult．softheorthogonalexperimentshowedthattheorderoftheeffectfactorsaretheinitiatorcontent，themonomersconcentration，thetemperatureandthereactiontime．Theresultsofthedevelopexperimentshow

4、edthatthepastehasgooddevelopablepropertywhentheaveragemolecularweightofthecopolymerisnear20000．TheoptimumconditionsofsynthesizingcopolymerwereasfoiloWS：thetemperatureis90。C，themonomersconcentrationis25％，theinitiatorcontentiS1．5％andthereactiontimeiS6h．Thedryingspeedsofdifferentorganicsolutio

5、nsystemswerestudiedandthemostsuitableSOlutionsystemforthephotosensitivepasteWasdecided．TheUVcuringpropertiesofthedifferentinitiatorsandcuringmonomerssystemshasbeenstudied．tlleresultsshowedthatthepastepreparedbytrimethylolpropanetriacrylate(TMPTA)，2-methyl．1．【4．(methylthio)phenyl]一2一morpolin

6、opropan。1。one(IR907)hasgooddevelopableproperty．3kindsofsphericalsilverpowderswithdifferentaveragesizewerepreparedastheconductorpowderforthephotosensitivepaste，andthedevelopableandthesinteringpropertieswerestudied．Theresultsshowedthatthepaste，usingthesilverpowderswhoseaveragesizeisbetween1"-
