4、agent'sservicechargesand,inconjunctionwiththeprovisionsofthespecificcircumstancesoftheprojectshallnotbefloatingupanddown-floatingrangemustnotexceed20%,otherwisetheapplicationcannotpasscompliancechecks,beinvalidated.Duetobiddingagencyselectionandprincipal-agentcontractssignedduringchargingb
