3、ticmaterial,tochangethenumbersofechotime,flipangle(FA),bandwidth(BW),fieldofview(FOV)ontheESWANsequenceandrepeatscanning.Thesignalchangeswereobservedandthephasevaluesoftheinterestingareaindifferentpositionsatallimagesweremeasured.TherelationshipbetweentheESWANimagingandthedifferentparameterswasa
4、nalyzed.ResultsTheESWANsignalofFe2+wasslightlyhigh,thephasevalueincreasedwiththeconcentrationwhenitwaslow,whilethephasevaluedecreasedwiththeincreasedartifacts.Thephasevalue’schangeswerelackofspecificitywithdifferentnumbersofechotime,flipangle,bandwidth,andfieldofview.Thecontrasttonoiseratio(CNR)
5、wasgreaterwhenthenumbersofechotimeweresmallersincetheconcentrationwasincreased(P<0.05),theCNRdifferencebetweendifferentflipangleswasnotstatisticallysignificant(P>0.05),theCNRvaluewasgreaterwhenbandwidthwaswider(P<0.05),theCNRdifferencebetweendifferentFOVswasnotstatisticallysignificant(P>0.05).[C
