1、我国的发展建设正顺利的沿着党的领导思想逐步实现，其中在经济方面的增长尤为迅速，再次细分，发现加快经济持续增长的最大的原因归结为房地产企业的发展。众所周知，房地产业的快速崛起，其核心问题一一不均衡不充分、金融和和住房库存率居高不下的问题越积越高，一线城市和准一线城市房价高得另大多数人止步。2011年，国家开始出台相关政策对房地产业进行调控，将该产业的信托基金政策逐步冋拢，在一年后开始转向兑付方向。在这新的一系列房地产调控政策下，北京、上海等主要城市商品房交易量明显下降，并在资金方面难以维系，这一系列的问题使得房地产行业
2、遭受重创，也使许多相关行业“殃及池鱼”。在现阶段的发展进程中，我国的房地产已经完全进入市场调控状态，但保持健康持续的增长方式已经遭遇困难，导致其出现的具体原因一一没有多样化的融资渠道，没有形成完善的制度，因此本文以保利地产为例，旨在通过对房地产企业的不同的融资方式的分析，特别是以RETTs为新的融资手段，全面分析房地产现有状况和现行融资问题，找出其可以攻略的切入点，提出问题解决问题，为中国房地产行业健康持续发展提供参考。关键词：［房地产信托基金］［融资方式］［可行性分析］ABSTRACTWiththeChinesee
