2、cPlanning.InJuly2003ChinaAcademyofUrbanPlanning&Designwasinvitedtotaketheplanningresearch.Afternecessarypreparation,theplanninggroupbegantoanalyzedataandrelatedcircumstancesinordertogetwhatsituationthecitymightbein.Withonemonth’shardworkthegroupraisedprim

3、aryplanningdraftandmadeamid-termreportinShijiazhuangon8thSeptemberduringwhichrelatedauthoritiesandexpertputforwardmanyconstructivesuggestions.Basedonthoseadvicesthemembersofgroupmadefurtherresearchtoperfecttheresearch,andreachedfinalconclusionsattheendofS
