2、术之一。本文首先介绍了高功率固体激光器的现状,依次介绍了圆棒激光器、薄片激光器、板条激光器和光纤激光器的性能特点与优势。阐述了发展高功率固体激光器技术的必要性及重要性,然后介绍了两种高功率固体激光器技术:热容激光技术和激光相干合成技术。由于激光束的相干合成技术在要求高功率、高亮度激光束的场合下有广泛的应用,和其他合成技术相比,这种技术具有简单性、稳定性和可扩容性,所以文中对这种技术做了详细介绍。固体激光器的发展方向大体为:大功率器件将向高功率、高光束质量发展,而战略性应用的高能固体激光器将得到特别加强从而开发出更多新
