1、高功率固体激光器及其关键技术研究院系:信息科学与技术系专业班:光信息科学与技术0802班姓名:学号:指导教师:高功率固体激光器及其关键技术研究Researchonhighpowersolidstatelaseranditskeytechnology摘要高功率固体激光器具有高效、高稳定性、高光束质量、体积小、寿命长等一系列优点,是军事、工业、医学和科研等领域的新一代理想光源。高功率固体激光器技术不仅在先进制造等工业加工上有重要的应用,同时也是对武器装备性能影响巨大的关键技术之一。本文首先介绍了高功率固体激光器的现状,依次介绍
2、了圆棒激光器、薄片激光器、板条激光器和光纤激光器的性能特点与优势。阐述了发展高功率固体激光器技术的必要性及重要性,然后介绍了两种高功率固体激光器技术:热容激光技术和激光相干合成技术。由于激光束的相干合成技术在要求高功率、高亮度激光束的场合下有广泛的应用,和其他合成技术相比,这种技术具有简单性、稳定性和可扩容性,所以文中对这种技术做了详细介绍。固体激光器的发展方向大体为:大功率器件将向高功率、高光束质量发展,而战略性应用的高能固体激光器将得到特别加强从而开发出更多新技术。关键字:高功率固体激光器激光器技术相干合成17Abst
