3、ignlanguageisaskill-onethatneedscarefultrainingofaspecialkind,andonethatcannotbeacquiredbyjustleavingittotakecareofitself.Ithinkeventeachersoflanguage,whilerecognizingtheimportanceofagoodaccent,tendtoneglect,intheirpracticalteaching,thebranchofstudyc
4、oncernedwithspeakingthelanguage.SothefirstpointIwanttomakeisthatEnglishpronunciationmustbetaught,theteachershouldbepreparedtodevotesomeofthelessontimetothis;andbyhiswholeattitudetothesubjectshouldgetthestudenttofeelthathereisamatterworthyofreceivingh
