2、ork.WewillinvestigateitseffectsinnursingpracticeeducationinordertodirecttheestablishmentofanursingeducationmodewithguidanceoftheessenceofmodifiedOSCE,whichismoreoperableandintegrateteachingandexamination.Andthusitmayhelptofostertheabilitiesofnursingstudentsmorefully,toimprove
3、educationqualityofnursingpractice,andtopropelthedevelopmentandreformofnursingeducation.MethodsLiteratureretrievalandinterviewmethodwereusedinthefirstparttoestablishassessmentsitesandassessmentpattern.190nursingstudentswererandomlyassignedintotwogroupswith95inobservationgroupa
4、ndtheother95incontrolgroup.Thedifferenceinage,sexandpreviousscoresbetweenthetwogroupswasnotsignificant(P>0.05),sothetwogroupswereconsideredhomogenousandthuscomparable.ModifiedOSCEassessmentwasappliedtostudentsfromobservationgrouptoobtaininformationabouttheircurrentclinicalcom
5、petence.Inthesecondpart,interventionwasexertedinwhichcontrolgroupreceivedtraditionalteachingmethodwhileobservationgroupreceivedmodifiedOSCEmethodinnursingpracticeeducation.Writtenexaminationwasperformedbeforeandaftertheinterventionandcriticalthinkingdispositioninventory-Chine
6、seversion(CTDI-CV)wasusedtoevaluatecriticalthinkingabilityofthestudents.Inaddition,modifiedOSCEassessmentwasappliedtoobservationgroupagain,andteachersandstudentswhoparticipatedinmodifiedOSCEteachingandassessmentrespectivelyreceivedinterviewsandquestionnairesurvey.SPSS19.0(SPS
