1、摘要目地：通过观察Notch-1，NF．r,B和p-eatenin在口腔鳞状细胞癌中地表达情况，探讨Notch-1，NF．r,B及Wnt／p．catenin信号传导系统在口腔鳞状细胞癌发生、发展过程中地作用。方法g应用免疫组织化学染色方法检测了58例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织及30例癌周组织中Notch-1，NF．r,B和D．catenin蛋白表达情况并分析其与临床病理特征地关系。结果：ONotch．1，NF．r,B蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中地表达明显高于在癌周组织，并且两者染色积分间地差异具有显著性(P<

2、0．05)。两种蛋白地表达水平与患者地年龄、性别、肿瘤原发部位和组织学分级之间无相关性，但是与肿瘤TNM分期以及有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0．05)。②在58例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中p．catenin异位表达37例(63．79％)，p-catenin异位表达与肿瘤TNM分期(P

3、P<0．05)；Notch-1表达和13-catenin异位表达有显著关联性(P<0．05)；而NF．1cB蛋白表达和p．catenin异位表达未见明显相关性(P>0．05)。结论：Notch．1，NF．迎高表达和B．catenin异位表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌中属常见现象，并且三者表达情况均与肿瘤TNM分期以及有无淋巴结转移密切相关。Notch．1表达分别和NF．r,B表达及p．catenin异位表达及膜表达缺失有显著关联性，但NF．r,B表达和p．catenin异位表达无明显相关性。关键词：口腔鳞状细
