1、五府山特大桥防护墙及竖墙施工技术交底1、防护墙材料要求：采用C40砼，HRB335Φ16，HRB335Φ16，每榀梁起点里程设置接地套筒，竖墙B材料：采用C40砼；纵向钢筋HPB235Φ8；如防护墙配筋剖面图，钢筋保护层厚度35mm。图1：防护墙配筋剖面图及构造图2、五府山特大桥防护墙按照直线无声屏障施工；防护墙、竖墙每隔2m设置一段缝，变形缝为1cm，经过梁体泄水孔处设置长*高（150*200mm）为便于作业人员通过在每孔梁端防护墙上设置长*高（357*300mm）过人槽口，每榀梁设置梁两端各一处；如图2、图2：梁端过人槽口布置立面图3、防护墙内侧根部加设30

2、mm倒角，便于防水层的铺设如图3图3：防护墙内侧根部加设30mm倒角4、竖墙的施工；对于本桥竖墙A分为A1、A2、（接触网基础两端竖墙A6、下锚拉线基础竖墙A7）待遮板挂设绑扎后立模浇注C40砼，竖墙分为B1（200cm）、B2（133cm）型，其中B2型置于梁两端；接触网基础及下锚拉线基础与竖墙A同时施工。5、防护墙接地钢筋及接地端子安装；距起点里程梁端至跨中75cm，防护墙距梁面垂直高度15cm设置接地端子；防护墙接地端子每榀梁布置2个，竖墙A每榀布置2个；防护墙纵向接地钢筋采用Φ16圆钢（单根长度2m，每段防护墙纵向接地钢筋1根，连接接地钢筋1根），接地钢
