1、兰州交通大学本科毕业设计(论文)摘要随着近几年工程建设的快速发展,地基处理的方法也日趋多样化。CMS桩在铁路客运专线软基处理中的应用也越来越广泛,CMS桩便是水泥砂浆多向搅拌桩,属于刚性地基加固桩,它在水泥土搅拌桩的基础上做出了改进,将原有的固化剂里加入砂料,有效的提高了地基土的承载能力和抗剪强度。CMS桩网结构是在桩顶加设一定厚度的褥垫层,层内加铺一层或多层土工格栅。在复合地基受到荷载时,桩顶的土体受到水平方向褥垫层和土工格栅形成的“网”的加强,下部土体受到竖向增强体“桩”的加强,形成复合地基加固区,桩间土和桩在土工格栅的共同作用下共同承担上部荷载,三者之间协
2、同作用,这样CMS桩可以更好的发挥它的侧阻以及端阻作用。CMS桩具有沉降变形小、经济效益高、施工方便、加固效果明显等优点。本文介绍了CMS桩加固地基的适用范围、加固机理、施工工艺设备、质量控制检测以及安全环保措施,对CFG桩施工工艺做了简短介绍,为类似水文地质条件下的工程的施工工艺及技术标准提供了参考。关键词:CMS桩;加固机理;施工工艺;质量保证措施I兰州交通大学本科毕业设计(论文)AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofengineeringconstructioninrecentyears,themethodoffoundatio
