1、内置式电容压力传感器设计摘要本文联系火炮膛压测试技术的发展,综合分析了现有的电测法测量膛压技术,在中北大学现有的放入式测压器的基础上,直接利用测压器外壳的特性设计了一种圆筒(柱)式电容压力传感器,代替了压电式压力传感器用于火炮膛压测试。文章从电容式传感器的原理特性、壳体力学分析、适配电路等方面进行分析设计。第一部分,详细探讨了内置式电容压力传感器的壳体设计,最后的ANSYA软件仿真表明,该外壳设计的原理方案正确、可行,并已达到了课题的要求。第二部分对传感器的适配电路进行设计,重点进行了测量电路,A/D转换等模块的设计。所设计
