2、市场需求及不同水果的采收期,完成了年产18000吨水果罐头工厂的产品方案。班产量分别是糖水黄桃78.26吨、糖水山楂41.14吨、糖水杏36.36吨、糖水葡萄57.1吨和糖水圣女果12吨。在原辅料需求计算的基础上,对该水果罐头工厂的能耗进行计算,结果显示:总耗水量为1086.162t,耗汽量为9680kg,总用电负荷为708.3KW。主要设备有CQX-5000型清洗机、水果去皮机、螺旋预煮机、KGJ-18、24灌装机、连续高压杀菌设备、LH4B1空罐清洗机、JSG-500型可倾式夹层锅。全厂的劳动定员为119
