2、果罐头工厂的产品方案。班产量分别是糖水黄桃78.26吨、糖水山楂41.14吨、糖水杏36.36吨、糖水葡萄57.1吨和糖水圣女果12吨。在原辅料需求计算的基础上，对该水果罐头工厂的能耗进行计算，结果显示：总耗水量为1086.162t,耗汽量为9680kg,总用电负荷为708.3KW。主要设备有CQX-5000型清洗机、水果去皮机、螺旋预煮机、KGJ-18、24灌装机、连续高压杀菌设备、LH4B1空罐清洗机、JSG-500型可倾式夹层锅。全厂的劳动定员为119人。在糖水罐头的工艺步骤中，排气和密封、杀菌和冷却这几道工序是整个流程最关键的步骤，直接影响产品的质量。
