2、manresourcemanagement,itdirectlyrelatestothecivilservants’personaldevelopment,governmentadministrationefficiency,andtherisinglevelofthepublicservice.Itisalsoaprotectionsystemtomakethecivilservantmanagementscientificallyandeffectively.ThereportinParty's17thcongresspointe

3、doutitisnecessarytoconstantlydeepenthereformofthecadreandpersonnelsystemandfocusontraininghigh-calibercadresandpersonnel.WeshouldperfectthecadreassessmentsysteminaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheScientificOutlookonDevelopmentandacorrectviewonevaluatingcadres'performanc

6、terimProvisionsonNationalPublicServant Appraisal.PeoplesRepublicofChina’slawonPublicServantmakescleartheappraisal provisionsforpublicservantinlegalformin2005.In2007,PublicServant Appraisement(Trial)hasjustbeenissued.Severalreformsimprovethepublicservant performanceappra
