3、ehasprovedthattourismcanstimulatethelocaleconomy.ChinaNationalAdministrationofTourismdesignated“ChineseRuralTourism”asthenationaltouristthemein2006,and“ChineseHarmonyCountryTourismandRuralTourism”in2007,whichhavegreatlypromotedtheruraltourismdevelopmentinChina.Asweknow,mostoftheethnicgroupareasa
4、reundeveloped,andtheretherural
problems,theagricultureproblemsandfarmerproblemsareserious.But,theycan
developtheirlocalruraltourism,suchastheirruralscenery,customs,ethnic
arts,ethnicoperas,localmedicinesandsoontopromotetheirdevelopmentof
economy.Atfirst,theruraltourismintheethnicgroupareasshould

bythelocalgovernment,andthenoperatedbythelocalautonomousorganization
andthelocalresidents.Butwiththedevelopmentoftourism,therichandthe
powerfulpeoplehaveabsolutelyadvantage,thecommunityresidentsandtheother
shareholders’benefitshavelargelybeenignored,andasaresult,thelocalrural
tourism
6、developmentlossesitsmomentum.Atthesametime,thespecialtourist
recoursesintheethnicgroupareaslackrenovation,developmentandprotection,
whichdirectlyreducethelocalattractionandthreatenthesustainable
developmentofruraltourism.Correctlyrecognizingtheproblemsofruraltourismintheethnicgroupareas;
