2、thodswhicharesuperiortoshowdetailandtheirapplicationofdiagnosisandtreatment,suchasX-ray,CT,CTre-establishmentandMRIimageology.Methods:AccordingtoaretrospectiveanalysisfromJan.1998toDec.2008,95operationsandpathologieshaveprovedtheimagesofspinaltuberculosisinourdepartment.ObservedtheCTimagesof
3、patientsandconsultedCTtypediscussions,CTfeaturesandtheratiotheytakerespectively,throughtheUSprocessingworkstationnamedAdvantageWorkstation4.3ofGELightspeed16helixCTtosurveytheCTvalueofwell-definedlyticwithscleroticmarginstypeosteoclasiafocus,andthengettheCTquantificationofspinaltuberculosiss
4、clerotization.GivingastatisticanalysisonthegradeofspinaltuberculosisfocusdetaileddisplaywhichmadebytheexaminationmethodsofX-ray,CT,CTre-establishmentandMRIimageology,tocomparetheiradvantagesrespectively.Results:TheCTofninety-fivespinaltuberculosissufferersshowingthatbodyofvertebraisbroken,am
5、ongwhichthereare86suffererswhosufferedtwoormorebrokensinbodyofvertebra,and83showstheunevendensityandfuzzyedgeindisciintervertebrales,95shows195vertebraeosteoclasiawith138sclerotization,andninety-fivesufferersshow81bonesequestrum,74abscessandshowosteoclasia.Theratiois:well-definedlyticwithscl
6、eroticmarginstype70.8%,fragmentarytype12.3%,osteolytictype9.7%,subperiostealtype3.1%andmixedtype4.1%;theCTvalueofthescleroticmarginis420.05±69.06HU.Throughvarianceanalysis,theCTvalueofscleroticmarginisdifferentfromnormal
