3、lepatientswithpercutaneoustransluminalangioplastyandstenting,giveDSAtoevaluatethetherapyeffectandfollowobserveforonetothreemonthsafteroperation.Results(1)thereare43patientsamonginspected56patientshavecerebrovascularchangingwith69branches.Thechanginglocationasfollow
4、ing:30branchesinthecrotchofcommoncarotidarteryandinternalcarotidarterial,19branchesinvertebral-basilararterial,8branchesinmiddlecerebralartery,7branchesinsubclavianartery,1inposteriorcerebralartery,1inanteriorcerebralartery,2ininnominateartery,1inposteriorinferiorc
5、erebellarartery.11brancheswithbloodvassalocclusion,20withbloodvassalsdiameterstenosisrate≧70%,19withbloodvassalsdiameterstenosisrate50%-69%,17withbloodvassalsdiameterstenosisrate<50%,2withaneurysm.There3patientswerelackofonesideofanteriorcerebralartery,whoweredonat
6、edbloodbytheotherside.Thevertebralarteriesof2patientswerechangedasastringofbeads.Thebasilararterialof1patientwaschangedwithshuttleshapestenosis.(2)Thereare20branchesof18patientsweresetwithstents,therightlocationwereprovedbyDSAafteroperation.Thesuccessratewas100%.Th
