2、nalmaterials.Superamolecularassembleisoneoftheimportantmethodstofabricatenanostructuredmaterials.Azobenzene-containingamphiphilicmoleculescanself-assembleintovariousmicelleswithphoto-inducedproperties,whichhavepromisingapplicationsindrug-delivery,lig
3、ht-drivenreactors,biodiagnostics,andsoon.Although,recentyears,theazobenzene-containingamphiphilicpolymersandsurfactantshaveattractedwideattentionanddevelopedrapidly,therearesomedisadvantages(e.g.thecomplicatedsyntheticroutes,difficultcontrolofmolecul
4、arsequentialstructure)fortheformer.Additionally,forsomeimportantmicellarstructuresuchastubes,helicalribbonsandsoon,theformationmechanismandpreparationconditionsarestillinthestageofexploration.Thisdissertationaimsatexploringsimpleandefficientmethodsof
5、polymerizationtosynthesizepolymersbearingregulatedazobenzenegroups,andinvestigatingtheself-assemblyoftheazobenzene-containingpolymerandphoto-inducedpropertyoftheassembies.Moreover,effortshavebeenmadetopreparetheazobenzene-containingnanostructurewithp
6、hoto-reponsiveproperties,andstudythemechanismoftheformationortransition.Firstly,wehavesynthesizedapolymerbearingregulatedazobenzenegroupsbyone-potmulti-componentpolymerization(MCP-azo-OH)basedonPasserinireaction,II---Abstractandinvestigatedtheself-as
7、semblybehaviorandphoto-induceddeformationproperties.WefoundthatthiscompoundcanformsphericalstructureswhenbeingdissolvedinTHF.NMRandFTIRspectraindicatethatthereareintermolecularhydrogenbondsamongthemoleculesintheaggregates,whichisresponsiblefortheform
8、ationofthenanospheres.BycontrollingthestirringrateasdroppingtheTHFsuspensionintowater,thenanospherescanbesortedaccordingtothesize,andthesmallernanospherescanbeobtainatthehigherstirringrate.WhenirradiatedbytheUVlightintheaqueousmedium,thenanosphereste
