1、补中益气汤在中医肛肠科中临床应用柳州市第四人民医院湖南桃州423000摘要：目的分析和探讨肛肠科临床上对于慢性肛窦炎患者采用补中益气汤进行治疗的效果，以期为该方法的推广提供借鉴。方法对我院肛肠科2013年05月至2015年01月收治的66例慢性肛窦炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据患者入院时的病例号采用随机数表的方法将其随机分成两组，对照组33例患者釆用地塞米松、庆大霉素以及灭滴灵等丙药进行治疗，研究组33例患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合使用补中益气汤，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果统计结果表明
2、，对照组患者的平均治疗时间为(27.3±4.7)d,研究组患者的平均治疗时间为(19.5±3.4)d,两组差异显著(P<0.05)；对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为81.82%(27/33)，研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率为93.94%(31/33)，两组数据差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论本研究结果表明，在肛肠科临床上对于慢性肛窦炎患者在常规丙药治疗的基础上联合使用补中益气汤进行治疗效果显著，该方法能显著改善患者的临床症状，利于疾病的恢复，因此值得临床借鉴。
