1、颈管结石嵌顿性慢性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜手术治疗的效果观察松滋市人民医院湖北松滋434200【摘要】目的：了解颈管结石嵌顿性慢性胆囊炎患者接受腹腔镜手术方案治疗的临床效果。方法：随机抽取本院近年來收治颈管结石嵌顿性慢性胆囊炎患者80例，根据治疗方案差异将其随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者接受常规开腹手术治疗，观察组患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗，每组各有患者40例。对比2组患者临床治疗效果及术后并发症发生概率。结果：观察组患者各项手术指标诸如切门大小、术后下地活动时间、术屮出血量及住院时间等相对于对照组患者有显著优越性，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后并发症发生概率相对于对照
