1、摘要在迅猛发展的现代经济环境下，企业的竞争也不单单是实力的竞争了，还包括人才、产品、服务和成本的竞争。从某种意义上来说，成本是决定企业成败、关系企业命运的决定因素，成本的高低也成为投资人衡量企业竞争能力的重要标准。传统的成本管理系统已经暴露出越来越多的问题，难以满足现代企业对成本管理的要求。其中，中小企业是中国经济发展屮最具有潜力的一个群体，其占全国企业总数的比例和对经济的贡献都是相当可观的。所以，不论是从宏观经济的角度还是学术研究的方面，“关于屮小企业成本管理的研宄”这个话题都非常值得探讨。本文从成本管理的理论入手，介绍了国内外成本管理的发展情况，再根据我

2、国中小企业成本管理存在的问题，提出解决措施，主要是用科学的现代成本管理系统代替传统成本管理系统，以及它的具体应用。之后，运用研究成果，分析了无锡红叶H用工艺品厂的成本管理状况，使用作业成本核算法进行成本分析，并将结梁与传统成本核算法下的成本做对比，披露传统成本管理的缺陷，突出了作业成本管理的优势，强调实施现代成本管理系统的意义，最后，并提出自己的解决建议。关键词：中小企业；成本管理；现状；对策ABSTRACTIntherapiddevelopmentofmoderneconomicenvironment，competitionamongenterprises
