1、翼状胬肉术后角膜接触镜的应用吴杰王敏尹曦（广州市广州医科大学附属第二医院眼科510260）【摘要】目的探讨角膜接触镜应用于翼状胬肉切除术的有效性及安全性。方法选取我科2013年1月〜2014年6月在我院眼科就诊接受翼状胬肉切除联合带蒂结膜瓣转位移植术的患者100例（128眼），其中28例为双眼，随机分为2组：角膜接触镜组和对照组，每组50例（64眼）。角膜接触镜组在手术结朿时角结膜表面配戴绷带型角膜接触镜，术后3d取下绷带型角膜接触镜，对照组术后当天包扎术眼，两组术后均给予抗生素滴眼液和促进角膜创面修复眼药水点眼，观察术后患者角膜创面恢复情况及眼部刺激症状。比较

2、术后2h、6h、24h、48h、72h2组患者疼痛程度、术后3d角膜上皮荧光素染色评分及角膜上皮缺损面积的差异，并观察并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者疼痛程度评分均较对照组显著降低（均为P<0.01）;术后3d角膜上皮荧光素染色评分对照组与观察组之间差异无统计学意义（P=0.135）;观察组患者角膜上皮缺损面积、角膜上皮愈合时间等指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.041）；随诊2〜6个月，观察组术后复发率4%,对照组术后复发率为10%,两组患者复发率比较差异有统计学意义（X2=4.392,P<0.05）；两组均未见感染、移植片愈合不良、结膜下囊肿等
