2、establishment,OUHKfacedamunityunconvincedofthevalidityandcredibilityofopenanddistanceeducation.Pressurefromstudentsforthespeedydevelopmentofprogramshasbeenheavy.Theintroductionofanopeneducationalsystemproduceddisbeliefinmanythatanythingofvaluecouldbe
3、produced.TheUniversity’sstaffisconceptionfromthebeginning.Thisledtotheintroductionofveryelaboratesystemsforqualitycontrol,althoughthedevelopmentofthesesystemsanner.In1998,OUHKintroducedtheinterlearningsystemtosomeofitscourses.Thisinedtobethemostimpor
4、tantissuesinitsdeployment.ThisresearchfocusedonthepresentinterlearningcoursesinOUHKinavieplementitforOUHKstudents.Theresearchodernandeffectivelearningmethod.Majorconcernsprovingmunicationbetightresultinapotentialthreattoteachingquality.Somedeliberate
5、strategiesmightbeneededtostimulatestudentandtutorlaggardstoaccepttheneediate“integratedmode”oftraditionalandinterlearningmodecouldbeusedtoacceleratepleteconversion,byerginginformationtechnologiesininteraretriggeringsignificantchangesindistancelearnin
6、g.Useofinterlearninghasbeenemaybeatexperimentalstage.OUHKstarteditsinterlearninginalimitednumberofsubjectsin1998.OnlycourseschosenrelatedtoinformationsystemsadeontheassumptionthatITsubjectstudentsorefamiliarodel”aterial,submittingassignmentsandmunica
