1、围绝经期妇女保健状况与卫生需求调查许芳湖北省江陵县普济镇中心卫牛.院妇产科434105【摘要】目的：分析围绝经期妇女保健状况与卫生需求，为加强围绝经期妇女的疾病预防保健工作，探索围绝经期妇女的保健模式提供依据。方法：采取整体随机抽样方法，对我院接诊的150例围绝经期妇女进行问卷调查，定量了解围绝经期妇女的患病情况、围绝经期综合征发生情况、慢性病检出情况、就医情况及卫生需求。结果：150例围绝经期妇女，围绝经期综合征69.33%、骨关节类疾病30.67%、高血压14.00%、偏头痛12.67%、糖尿病1
2、0.00%、冠心病8.00%、子宫肌瘤6.00%、消化道遗疡3.33%;围绝经期综合征发生率显著大于其它疾病(P<0.05)；104例围绝经期综合征的主要症状为头痛45.19%、失眠41.35%、烦燥38.46%、疲乏35.58%、关节疼痛33.65%、眩晕32.69%;围绝经期综合征的主要症状发生率没有显著性差异(P〉0.05};高血压检出率为14.29%、糖尿病检出率为6.67%、冠心病检出率为8.33%;围绝经期综合征患者的未就医率显著大于定期就医率(P<0.05>,无健康体检率显著大于健康体检
