1、老年急性心肌梗死的急救护理效果分析闫城中南大学湘雅医院心血管内科湖南长沙410000摘要：目的：探讨分析对老年急性心肌梗死患者实施急救护理措施的效果。方法：选取我院收治的56例老年急性心肌梗死患者，按照随机原则随机分为观察组和对照组，各28例。对照组患者实施传统的急诊护理路径，同时观察组患者在传统护理的基础上按老年急性心肌梗死急救护理路径进行急救护理干预。对比分析两组患者的“进-出”急诊室的时间、住院时间、患者的复发率、病死率及生命体征的改善情况等指标。结果：观察组患者的“进-出”急诊室的时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的复发率及病死率均

2、低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的生命体征改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),以上各指标的差异均具有统计学意义。结论：严谨、高效、有针对性的急救护理能提高抢救老年急性心肌梗死的成功率、降低患者的复发率及病死率；减短了患者的住院时间，减轻了其精神及经济负担，并有效改善了患者的生命体征状况，提高了患者的临床诊治效果，具有重要的临床价值，值得推广。关键词：老年急性心肌梗死；急救护理；效果分析[Abstract]Objective:Toinvestigatetheanalysisofemergencynursingmeasuresimplemente
