6、·····················································································51中文摘要Er:YAG激光辅助传统方法用于慢性牙周炎非手术治疗临床效果的Meta分析摘要目的:本研究运用循证医学的方法,全面系统地评价Er:YAG激光辅助传统龈下刮治与根面平整术(Scalingandrootplanning,SRP)用于慢行牙周炎(Chronicperiodontitis,CP)非手术治疗的临床疗效,为其临床应用于临床提供依据和指导。方法:计算机检索关于Er:YAG
7、激光辅助传统SRP与单独传统SRP比较,用于治疗CP的临床随机对照试验,检索数据库包括:CNKI(中国期刊网全文数据库),CBM(中国生物医学文献数据库),Pubmed,Cochrane图书馆,OVID,ScienceDirect,Medline,EMbase,ISIWebofknowledge,发表日期截止到2018年1月。同时检索有关专业期刊杂志和相关文章的参考文献。由2名研究者根据纳入排除标准进行筛选,提取纳入研究的基本信息和所需数据,根据Jadad量表对纳入研究的方法学质量打分。加权均数差和95%可信区间用于合并计算探诊深度(Probingde
