1、基于神经网络的汽车故障诊断1.问题描述这里,我选取了汽车变速箱作为本次故障诊断作为研究对象。在汽车变速箱的故障诊断屮,是以不同振动信号下齿轮啮合次数作为故障诊断的参数。这里我们以啮合次数和故障的对应关系通过祌经网络的方法进行训练:正常运行状态吋啮合次数约为0-70万次、磨损运行状态时啮合次数为70420万次、故障运行状态(断齿)时啮合次数为420万次以上。为此,通过汽车齿轮箱的振动信号经小波包分解,在各频带能景序列作为诊断的依据。2.神经网络设计学>]样木与试验屮,样木数量的选择戍从可能多,以包含从可能多的故障类型。现选正常运行状态的特征14景5个,因整个
