3、s,andthenhavestudiedtheapplicationsofBPneuralnetworksandartificialintelligencealgorithmsinfaultdiagnosis,andfinallydesigntheembeddedfaultdiagnosissystembasedonARM9independently.Onthehardwareplatform,thesystemusestheSAMSUNGS3C2440microprocessorchipasthemaincontroller,toselectK9F1208Uandw
4、atchcrystaltoconstitutethemaincontrolmodule;designofthepowersystem,communicationinterfaceandhuman-computerinteraction;themeasurementsoftheenginespeed,theenginecoolanttemperature,cylinderpressure,andanignitionvoltagesignalachievetheacquisitionofthesignalundertest.Onthesoftwareplatform,th
5、eoperatingsystemofLinuxisselectedasanembeddedoperatingsystem.Adetaileddescriptionofthevariousstepstobuildanembeddedsoftwareplatformispresented:settingupembeddedcross-compilationenvironment,thecustomizationandtransplantationoftheBootLoaderandoperatingsystem,theestablishmentoftherootfiles
6、ystem,aswellasthedrivendesignofthesignalacquisitionsystemandthetouchscreen.Intheaspectofapplication,MiniGUIischoseasthesystem'sgraphicalinterfacesystem.ThispaperdevelopesafaultdiagnosisapplicationbasedonMiniGUI.Eventually,thispaperrealizestheoveralldesignofthefaultdiagnosissystemofautom
