6、装团购操作·············································第一章建立家装业务团队第1节—业务团队指导方针:1、业务团队的作用:(1)、要不要业务团队:目前在家装界有一种误区,认为公司要么采用业务员路线,也就是成立业务团队;要么采用广告形式,不用业务员,也就是没有业务团队:要么二者并举,既做广告宣传也雇用业务员,其实,不论你公司有没有业务员,你都需要建立业务员团队。业务员团队的真正含义并不是仅指业务员这种形式,而是指为公司积极开拓而进行市场调查、业务策划和业务运作的部门。它包括雇
7、佣业务员和不雇用业务员两种形式。(2)、业务团队的作用:业务团队的作用主要由以下几个方面:首先进行市场调查,对市内所有的楼盘进行搜索,分类登记,了解市场每年所有交房小区的全部信息,以便及时开展相应的宣传和促销活动。没有调查就没有发言权,没有对楼盘信息的全面调查,家装公司在经营当中就没有主动性。往往陷入到被动的跟进当中,永远走在别的公司后面。其次,业务团队要进行业务策划,针对具体的小区或具体的季节,策划相关的促销活动,比如针对具体小区广告宣传的策划、针对一些展会进行展会营销策划,或者策划一次大型的家装说明会。再次,业务员
8、团队直接为设计部门服务,为他们提供客户来源,设计部门在优秀,巧妇也难为无米之炊,必须有足够的客户量,设计部门才能产生更好的业绩。(3)、没有业务团队的后果一些中小型家装公司,没有一个健全的业务团队,首先是对楼盘信息不明,错过了很多小区的宣传时机;其次是广告宣传的策略没有针对性,总是公司的老板或设计总监,按照自己意愿,想当然的组织广
