1、基层民主建设制度　　篇一：基层民主建设探讨　　村民自治与农村基层民主建设探讨　　摘要：中国是一个农村人口占绝大多数的国家，农业、农村和农民问题在中国的政治、经济以及社会发展中起着举足轻重的作用。自1987年《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》实行以来，村民自治在广大农村不断发展完善。并受到越来越广泛的关注，其在维护农村社会稳定，改善党群干群关系，促进农村基层民主建设方面具有积极的意义。自改革开放以来，随着基层农民民主意识的不断增强，农村基层民主建设取得了长足的发展，它不仅维护了农村社会的发展和稳定，而且给中国民主政治的发展带来了深远的影响。在“村民自治”格局下进行的农村基层民主实践，给农村社会
