5、fmanypeopletoachieveawell-accountability.Similarly,auctions,whichfunctionasawaydefinedresultsuchassolvingaproblem,ofcomputingthevalueofitems[13],succeedbyrelyingonclassifyingadataset,orproducingadecision.alargenumberofindependentbidderstoarriveatapriceviaamutuallyagreeduponprocess.ItisnotablethatN

6、otethatthismakesnoreferencetodigitaltechnology.Inplebiscitesandauctionsmaybeinvalidatedbyfailuresinmyview,whiledigitaltechnologyclearlyexpandsthetheirprocesses–ballotboxstuffing,votebuyingandotherpowerandscopeofcrowdsourcing,itisnotanintrinsicformsoffraudinelections,andcollusionbetweenbiddersaspec
