2、产物中分离得到9种成分,分别鉴定为:20(S卜原人参二醇(1),20(S)-达玛一5(26)-烯一邓,1毕,20一三醇(II),24(R)-ocotillol(III),20(S)-原人参三醇(IV),20(S)-达玛一25(26卜烯一阳,6a,1毕,20一四醇(V),达玛一0(21),24一二烯一毕,1切一二醇(VI),达玛一20(21),24一二烯一阳,6a,1明-三醇(VII),20(S),24(S)-达玛一5(26)-烯一劝,6a,1举,20,24一五醇(VIII),20(S)-达玛一3
3、一烯一5一过氧经基一毕,6a,1明,20一四醇(IX)。结论碱降解20位S构型未改变。V,VII,VIII,IX为4个新化合物,并利用2D-NMR技术对新化合物的氢和碳的化学位移进行了归属。其中I对HCT-8人结肠癌细胞具有较强的细胞毒活性。关键词:西洋参;皂昔元;碱降解;达玛一20(21),24一二烯一邓,6a,1毕一三醇;20(S)一达玛一5(26)-烯一毕,6a,1切,20一四醇中图分类号:8284.1;8284.2文献标识码:A文章编号:0513-4870(2005)10-0924-10
