4、ialuseasimmunostimulantsbyusingspectrophotometry.Thesaccharideswerei~ectedintoApostichopusjaponicus,aseacucumber,andthelysozymeandsuperoxidedismutase(SOD)activitiesofthecoelomicfluidandepidermalslimeweremonitoredinsixconsecutivedays.Theresultsshowthatthe1ysoz

5、ymeactivityoftheanimal’scoelomicfluidwassignificantlystimulatedofday2.day4andday6aftertheiniectionofthesaccharides(P<0.05),Theefectsofchitosanandyeastpolysaccharidewerethemostnotable.Thelysozymeactivityoftheepidermalslimewassignificantlyincreasedbychitosana,y
