1、万方数据·1854·丹参对大鼠肝缺血后再灌注损伤的保护作用叶辉付晓光陆航毛东【摘要】目的通过检测丹参对大鼠肝缺血再灌注损伤后核因子·KappaB(NF-zB)、细胞间黏附因子一1(ICAM-1)表达的影响,观察丹参对大鼠肝缺血后再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法按Nauta等方法制备大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注模型,随机分为3组:假手术组(s组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、丹参预处理组(P组),分别于肝缺血再灌后2、8、24h取材,用免疫组化方法检测肝组织NF-KB、ICAM-1的表达,测肝组织中髓过氧化酶(MPO)浓度评价肝组织中中性粒细胞浸润情况
