1、黑龙江科技学院2011届毕业生基于德育实践与就业核心竞争力的综合素质答辩材料能力提升与职业生涯规划一、认识自我，准确职业定位（一）自我分析：我属于那种喜欢思考的人，思维慎密，擅长于分析，倾向于创新；做事认真负责，说到做到，为人安分，但不擅长于社交；性格比较乐观，比较内向，好发表意见，有管理才能，为人热情，喜欢与人沟通，人际关系佳。希望自己能再主动些，做事更果断，思维更活跃。（二）个人风格：分析的：善于分析，喜欢思考内省的：经常对自己和所经历的事情进行思索和反省独立的：独立性强，喜欢独立思考、独立行动好奇：好奇心强，常用质疑的眼光来观察世界慎重：做事慎重、稳健敏感：对所
