2、talUniversityofEconomicsandBusiness,Beijing,China摘要随着人工智能技术的兴起和快速发展，汽车的自动驾驶成为可能，通过与大数据、云平台等互联网和计算机技术相结合，在智能交通的时代背景下，逐渐形成了智能网联汽车产业。与此同时，国家加速出台政策来支持整个行业的发展。但智能网联汽车行业依然面临新技术开发、技术标准和框架设计有待规范、法律法规缺失以及企业发展的融资约束问题。本文主要是针对该行业的融资问题展开研究。通过对行业内T公司的融资案例进行分析，再对比分析智能网联汽车行业内的其它公司，研究该公司融资过程中存在的问题以及解决方案的普遍适用性

3、。通过分析发现智能网联企业的融资特性主要包括：企业均为高新技术企业、融资需求规模大、时效性要求高、企业处于发展的初创期或成长期、受融资约束影响大。通过研究得出该行业宜采用的融资策略为通过FA（财务顾问）建立和投资机构的联系，减少信息不对称，提高融资效率；选用具有智能网联汽车行业相关背景的风险投资人或机构作为融资渠道；融资时效性的优先级要高于扩大融资规模。关键词：智能网联汽车；融资策略；融资风险IAbstractWiththeriseandrapiddevelopmentofartificialintelligencetechnology,auto-drivingofvehicle
