1、仓储型物流企业设施设备的科学配置摘要：随着市场竞争的激烈,仓储企业都在尽力减少自己的成本以增加自身的竞争力,越来越多的工程技术人员和企业管理者开始重视设施设备的优化配置以缩减仓储物流成本。设施设备的科学配置包括设施设备的更新和数量选择。一般来说,绝大多数的仓储型物流行业希望的是通过设施设备的优化配置来降低仓储物流成本,而非以尽量多的仓储物流设施设备来保证货物的出入库效率而造成本的增加。并且,随着消费者需求个性化的增加,仓储行业由原来的零散模式向组成单元、大规模定制方向发展,使得仓储企业设施单元增多,相互关系也变得复杂,因此,设施设备的优化配
2、置是众多仓储型物流企业亟待解决的问题。文章以仓储型物流行业的设施设备为研究对象,对相关的设施设备进行简单介绍,同时以仓储型物流企业典型装备货架为评价对象,通过层次分析法与对比分析法将评价对象进行认真分析,并对仓储设施设备在不同因素影响下的使用效率进行调查研究,得出相对可靠的结论,从而实现仓储型物流企业装备最优化配置方案,为仓储型物流企业管理提供可靠、先进、经济的技术装备,使得仓储物流活动建立在最佳的物质技术基础上。关键字：层次分析法；对比分析法；设施设备；优化配置IScientificAllocationofFacilityInstrume
